It is 2026 and Merol is back: fiery, vulnerable, and rawer than ever. With a new record in hand titled *Leve de Feeks* (Long Live the Shrew), she embarks on a new musical path. Together with Flemish producer Jeroen De Pessemier (known for his work with The Subs and Oscar and the Wolf, among others), she created wild electropunk with rock and techno influences. Inspired by artists such as Peaches, Wet Leg, Amyl and the Sniffers, and Björk, she breathes new life into the term 'shrew' on her new album and frees herself from all shame regarding her body, her sex life, and her desire to have children.
