Romance is the long-awaited fourth album from Fontaines D.C.. It is the band's first album with producer James Ford and is undoubtedly their most confident, inventive and adventurous record to date. It builds on the success of the 2022 album Skinty Fia, which went No. 1 on the U.K. and Irish album charts and earned the band a slew of awards, including "International Group of the Year" at the 2023 BRIT Awards.

Romance is Fontaines D.C.'s most ambitious, expansive record to date. The 11 tracks are the ideas that have emerged between Grian Chatten (vocals), Carlos O'Connell (guitar), Conor Curley (guitar), Conor Deegan (bass) and Tom Coll (drums) since they released Skinty Fia in 2022.
