Following a two-year hiatus, De Staat return with their explosive new self-titled album De Staat. Including the widely acclaimed comeback singles The King and The Fire, a driving and confrontational anthem that further sets the tone for the album.

Themes of power, manipulation, misinformation and autocracy have always played a role in De Staat’s music, but on De Staat these ideas are pushed further than ever before through an ambitious and challenging concept. The album marks nearly 25 years of groundbreaking innovation within the rock landscape, showcasing the band’s signature blend of heavy grooves, experimental rock and infectious energy.
